My Story At A Glimpse

After a high school career of being a 3-sport athlete, I was honored to receive a full academic scholarship to The Ohio State University - a testament to my commitment not just on the field, but in the realm of academics. At Ohio State, I delved deeply into the study of neuroscience, fascinated by the intricate workings of the human brain. This was more than a field of study; it was a window into understanding human potential, especially in athletics.

On the field, I not only played but excelled. I was fortunate enough to lead the league in receiving touchdowns and yards, earning the title of 1st Team All-American WR. My proudest moment came as I helped lead the team to a national championship. But the real victory was not just in the physical game; it was in applying my growing knowledge of cognitive brain science to enhance my performance.

In grad school, specializing in cognitive brain science, I began to experiment with techniques to elevate my game through neuroscience. 

After my first season on the club team, I received some recognition from an international scout which led to me getting signed to play pro in Germany.  This is when the passion for neuroscience and sport performance became an obsession. It was a unique fusion of academic knowledge and athletic skill. Each touchdown, every strategic move on the field, every instance of my body doing more than it could the week before became a living testament to the power of applying cognitive science to enhance athletic performance.  I began to share some of these techniques with my German teammates.

At this point, I was still in grad school working on my PhD remotely while playing ball in Germany. Balancing these two jobs was the test I needed to sharpen my performance in both worlds I had now entered. Today, my journey continues as I explore and expand upon the fascinating intersection of athletic performance and neuroscience. My goal is to empower others, from budding athletes to seasoned professionals, with the tools and insights needed to excel both physically and mentally. It's not just about winning the game; it's about understanding the power of the mind in achieving those victories.
